Depending on the time of your arrival the keys will be handed over by the property manager or the security: between 9 am and 6 pm: the property manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the property and handover the keys. between 6 pm to 9 am: the security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. the property manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the property the following morning, please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a visa and mastercard credit card. and 5% charge when you pay with american express credit card, please note construction work is currently ongoing at the property, especially near the 3 bhk villa area and in few of the row houses, which may cause some disturbances. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this time.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
