Negative: The housekeeping staff went inside our room when we were out and cleared everything where we didn’t ask for room cleaning & our DND switch was on, and we had our belongings all over the place..we even complaint, but they said that they could not do anything about it now. Although we checked & nothing was missing but this disappointed us & ruined experience of the overall stay.
