Summary: Can’t recommend this place enough. There’s a daily timetable with activities that are included in the cost of staying, mainly yoga, plus there’s a very healthy, delicious and reasonably priced cafe/restaurant so you don’t need to go hunting for somewhere outside to eat. It’s close enough to the beach if you want somewhere to swim/sunbathe, plus you can walk into central Arambol (30 mins) if you’re looking for something more lively. You may find you need to book spa treatments a day in advance, they are so worth it though if you have the extra money to spare. This is the sort of place I would come to “get away from it all”. There is understandably a no alcohol rule but if that’s something you think you’ll miss, you only need to head to one of the beach shacks which are as little as 5 minutes walk away.
