Summary: Unfortunately the scandalous bar prices meant it was better for us to eat out, paying for food and drinks rather than pay for the drinks only in the hotel restaurant. This fact was sadly reflected by the low customer numbers at dinner time in the Lutyens restaurant. This was a shame as the food was excellent. Surely a reduction in the astronomical alcohol prices would result in a more economical business balance for the hotel too with a higher table uptake?
