Once this entire unit is booked, the property becomes Private to the guests! ( no other guests can book/enter the property)
The Full set Homestay is divided into 2 units:
1) Private 1 BHK on one floor :
- 1 Room with attached Bathroom and private balcony, overlooking the mountains/valley and lush green landscape.
- A Hall and adjoining kitchenette with Induction stove and Induction usable crockery ( Pan, cooker and tawa)
Can accommodate upto 3 persons.
2) Private 3 BHK on a floor below the 1 BHK ( hardly 15 steps):
- 2 Rooms with attached Bathroom and a massive private balcony, overlooking the valley and lush green landscape.
- 1 Room with attached bathroom ( no geyser) and no balcony
- A Hall and kitchenette with Induction stove and Induction usable crockery ( Pan, cooker and tawa).
Can accommodate upto 8 persons, groups, family & friends.
3) Additions:
- All 4 Rooms have a double bed
- 3 rooms ( with balcony) have an electric kettle to prepare Green Tea/Coffee/Masala Tea.
- 8 guests can sleep on beds. For additional guests we will provide a Roll-on mattress.
- Bathrooms are equipped with handwash, bathing soap and Towels.
- Water bottles are provided per room per night.
- Each unit has an emergency light, and extension cords in the rooms.
- The entire property has Free Wifi !

This is a private property and quiet neighborhood - so we recommend you to refrain from loud music/group parties.
