Positive: I loved the service from the staff. Excellent service. We were not happy with unit we booked so we expressed this and we were moved to a better unit. Security , cleaning staff, admin staff and management were very helpful and friendly Loved the fireplace and appreciated extra blankets. Property is safe and stunning!

Negative: Not enough cutlery and dishes in self catering units. Pool was absolutely filthy.
