Positive: Only good thing was that they changed my room upon request as the previous one had many issues. The rooms are quite clean, no complains with that.

Negative: DO NOT BOOK here, otherwise: 1. You will be awake the whole night due to truck honking sounds from the highway outside. It is super noisy throughout the day and night. Their windows are as good as 'open' in shielding the noise outside. You feel as if sleeping on the streets with a bed. 2. The Wi-Fi SUCKS! Their so called TV has only Youtube, and that also won't work as it requires wi-fi. And god forbid, you have some office related work on your laptop, you will be crying without wi-fi. It just DOES NOT connect. Make sure you have MOBILE DATA in your phone, else face the consequences. 3. The cupboards are half broken and so are the bathroom seats in every room. 4. The young boys (working as staff) are hardly bothered, they will help depending on their mood. 5. TV remotes do not work in any room unless you press the buttons a hundred times or stick the remote to the TV, which means the remote is useless. Only good thing was that they changed my room upon request as the previous one had many issues. The rooms are quite clean, no complains with that. Only book any stay at all in the whole building (that's filled with different hotels) if you have nowhere to go . Inspite of having all these concerns already addressed in some other Booking.com reviews, nothing has changed. I regret not checking them before booking.
