A front sitting room, 3 downstairs bedrooms, (1 queen, 1 Double, 1 single, 1 bunk, 1 trundle) & sweeping timber staircase. A very large downstairs bathroom with claw-and-ball bath & separate shower. A laundry with new washer & dryer and additional wine fridge.
Climb the sun-drenched stairwell, featuring an expansive glass brick window that reaches high into the void. The landing and upstairs open-plan kitchen/living/dining areas encompass the entire building floor plan. The kitchen is fully appointed with quality appliances, oven & gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, grill, large fridge/freezer & ample cooking & dining utensils. A 10-seat dining suite is situated off the living space with a 7-seat Chase lounge, occasional chair & 50 inch flat screen TV!
The property is beautifully designed & floor boarded throughout with lofted ceilings, presenting guests with an air of luxurious comfort.
The en-suited queen master bedroom with walk-in robes, leads off the main living/kitchen area.
