The entire house comes fully furnished with sofas, dining table with chairs, kitchen cabinets, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave over, mixer-grinder, kettle, toaster, grill sandwich maker, waffle-maker, garden chairs, bookshelf, shoe rack etc. and has adequate basic supplies in the kitchen along with a wide variety of crockery, cutlery and cocktail glasses.
This independent villa is 2000 sq ft built on the ground floor on a 3600 sq ft plot. The house has mosquito-proofing on all avenues of entry. Uninterrupted water supply is available 24 hours. Inform Security at Pocket 1 that you are the guest of Colonel Deepak, Villa # 20. Caretaker will hand over the keys on-site. Everything is in new or perfect working condition.
