THE SPACE
Spread across two private levels above a basement garage, with no shared living spaces, this immaculate townhouse comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Upper Level (Upstairs): The master bedroom is a true retreat, with a king bed, a walk-in robe, two mini balconies offering glimpses of the ocean, and its own luxurious ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built-in robes and lovely natural light. The third bedroom is a cosy, tranquil hideaway with a double bed and drawers, softly lit from above by a beautiful skylight. Please note that this room has no window or wardrobe. Beside the stairs, a dedicated workspace caters for remote work. Crisp, fresh linens and hangers are provided throughout.
Bathrooms: Two well-appointed modern bathrooms, stocked with essential toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash), a full set of bath towels, hand towels and face washers, and a hairdryer. The master's luxurious ensuite has a shower, toilet and basin, plus a deluxe bathtub for unwinding at the end of the day. The second bathroom has a beautiful shower, toilet and basin.
Living & Dining (Main Level): The main level has an inviting open-plan living area with a sumptuously comfortable lounge suite, Smart TV and coffee table. The dining area is centred on a lovely timber dining table seating eight.
Kitchen: A fully equipped modern kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking essentials (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper), crockery and cutlery, so you have everything you need for home-cooked meals. A breakfast bar with three stools offers a relaxed spot for casual dining. A welcome selection of tea, coffee, long-life milk, breakfast cereals, honey, jams, biscuits and bottled water is provided to help you settle in.
Laundry: A dedicated laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and basin, plus a drying rack, iron and ironing board, and a Miele stick vacuum for any quick spills during your stay.
Climate Control: Split-system air conditioning and heating in bedrooms one and two and in the living area, for comfort in every season.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire townhouse. The home faces New Street and is entered through the front gate, with five steps leading up to the front door. Alternatively, the 2–3 car basement garage is reached by a remote-controlled roller door from the driveway, with a dedicated staircase leading directly into the home. Two dedicated parking spaces are reserved exclusively for your use. As the basement is shared with the neighbouring townhouse, we kindly ask guests to be respectful of their space and belongings.

We want you to enjoy a private, seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our support team is on hand to help promptly with any questions or maintenance needs during your visit.

Layout: All three bedrooms are on the upper level, reached by internal stairs.
Security & Noise Control: The driveway and garage entrance are monitored by an exterior security camera, and compliant noise-monitoring devices are installed on the property's exterior for safety and neighbourhood peace.
Supplies: An initial starter supply of toiletries and kitchen basics is provided for your convenience.
HOUSE RULES
This home suits mature, quiet and respectful guests. It's on a quiet residential street, and the neighbouring townhouse is a family home that shares the basement garage.
No parties, events or celebrations are allowed at the home, for any guests.
We're also unable to accept bookings from groups of 5 or more people staying for a celebration elsewhere (such as a wedding, birthday, bucks/hens or schoolies), or for single-night stays, unless the group is a family staying together with its parents or guardians.
- No parties, events or gatherings of any kind.
- Only guests named on the booking may stay overnight. Visitors by prior approval only, not after 10 pm, and never more than 6 people at the property in total.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please keep noise low outdoors, in the courtyard, on the balconies and in the garage at all times.
- Shared basement garage: please use only the left-hand side, which fits two cars or up to three small cars. Please don't go anywhere in the neighbour's area on the right, or use, move or touch anything there.
- Children live next door. Please drive slowly and carefully in the driveway and garage.
- Close the roller door straight after you enter or leave, and don't let anyone in behind you. Please be mindful not to press the remote by accident and open the garage while you're inside the home.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the garage, balconies, courtyard and walkway.
- Pets by prior approval only, maximum 2. They must not be left alone in the home and are not allowed on beds or furniture unless on your own pet blanket or rug. Please wipe paws when they're wet or muddy, and clean up after them in the courtyard.
- Please switch off all air conditioners and cooking appliances when going out and at checkout.
- Exterior noise-monitoring devices are installed. If noise is detected, we'll contact you first. Repeated disturbances may result in the booking being cancelled.
