Positive: Very nice location in the heart of Colaba, 15 minutes walk from the metro. gateway of India is just a couple of minutes walk. Many restaurants around and in the middle of the night market there. The staff was very welcoming.

Negative: Its a bit loud (you can hear the traffic although the windows are closes) and it was a bit hard to find (the entrance is hidden, you first have to pass a shoemaker, however we quickly got help from the shop owners around).

Summary: Perfect for a short toutistic stay in Mumbai
