The space
The two bedroom are on the first floor of the property with windows opening to lush green mountain view. Two of them have private balconies and the third one has a cosy bay window overlooking Mussoorie hills as well as a fireplace. Guests can sit and indulge themselves in book reading, bird watching or just enjoying the breathtaking natural beauty visible all around.
All of the bedrooms have spacious private bathroom attached with separate cubicle shower. In addition, there is a study cum library that has 100s of books on diverse subjects to choose from. Guests can also use it as workstation when they need to.
There is a big cafe/ terrace on the same floor with 180 degree of mountain view and has a big fireplace and an open kitchen with all amenities. It is big enough to fit 25 plus guests. Guests can also access the big Yoga hall downstairs when they book a Yoga or Meditation session.
There is also a beautiful private 1500 sq. ft. garden outside that is accessible to the guests with seatings to enjoy their stay. There is also a play area for the kids to have their joyful time. Free parking is available on the property too.
Meals can be pre ordered during their stay by guests.

Flowing water and chirping birds are the musicians at Vara. There is a mountain stream flowing just behind the terrace cafe on the first floor and the Yoga hall on the ground floor. The sound of flowing water is your constant companion in Vara. The mountain trees all around are home to 100s of species of birds including varieties of sparrows, parrots, Himalayan woodpeckers, owls, whistling thrush, barbets, asian paradise flycatchers, hornbills; not to forget multi-coloured Robins. It is a bird watcher's paradise. In addition, the cool & calm climes of Vara is an ideal place for book nerds and nature lovers. There are varieties of books to choose from available at the library.
Vara is specially suited for those having interest in Yoga, spirituality, literature etc. as the hosts who themselves are the teachers and practitioners on the subjects, are open for offerings and discussion on the same. Guests can expect to have soulful & literary discussions/sessions in the evenings if they desire so.
