Summary: The Grand Dragon Hotel is great. The staff are great, the food is great, and the rooms are great. On our return of the hotel after a few days in the Nubra Valley, we were given our old room, which was perfect. The war began the night prior to our planned departure for Delhi, and all flights were (and are) cancelled indefinitely. The owner of The Grand Dragon has graciously provided FREE accommodation and FREE dining until such time as we are able to get transportation from Leh! What could be better than that?!!
