Positive: absolutely everything!!!! Staff are well trained and it shows. They are on point with everything. The rooms and premises are out of this world. Amazing location and safety within resort grounds. the new spa is on another level. this is a must stay for travellers.

Negative: i loved it all so there is not much to say.

Summary: a home away from home. Thank you!!!
