The property is beautifully located in a serene and secluded area surrounded by tall wooded trees and forest, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The staff were courteous, attentive, and ensured a comfortable stay throughout. I opted for the **Tree House accommodation**, which was a unique experience. Nestled amidst tall forest trees, it offered a cozy and tranquil setting with amenities such as a comfortable bed, TV, bathroom, and internet connectivity. There was a brief interruption in the internet service for a few hours, but it was resolved promptly. While there is no cellular network in the area—similar to many hilly regions in Kerala—the internet connection adequately compensates for it, allowing guests to stay connected if needed. The resort is located about 12 km from Munnar city, and the drive through scenic tea plantations makes the journey delightful. The food provided was delicious, with satisfactory options that catered well to different preferences.
