Spread across two levels, the home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living spaces, making it well suited to families or groups travelling together. Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining area captures beautiful views across Smiths Beach, with large doors opening onto a wraparound Merbau deck — the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon drink or watch the sunset over the water.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone benchtops, a Nespresso coffee machine and breakfast seating for four, while the large dining table comfortably seats eight. A second living and entertaining space downstairs provides extra room to spread out, with a Smart TV for relaxed evenings. The fully enclosed gardens, BBQ and outdoor dining area make the home equally enjoyable outside, while heating and cooling throughout ensures a comfortable stay year-round. There is also a fully equipped laundry and off-street parking for two cars.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
