Negative: I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THERE WERE COAKROACHES IN THE KITCHEN AND ROOM. THE POTS WERE VERY SMALL TO ACCOMODATE , THERE WAS ONLY 1 BROOM FOR INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE FRIDGE WAS NOT COLD ENOUGH AND THERE WAS A STALE SMELL IN THE UNIT. THERE WAS WATER ON THE FLOOR OF THE MAIN BEDROOM TOILET THAT HAD A SLIGHT LEAK AT THE BACK OF THE PAN. I HAD TO WASH ALL THE DISHES WHEN USING BECOS OF THE COCKROACHES. PLEASE THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE CLEANLINESS INT HIS PLACE. BUT I LIKED THE SEA VIEWS AND THE AREA WAS EXCELLENT.

Summary: CLEANLINESS SHOULD BE GIVEN PRIORITY.
