Summary: Roseate House is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end property. The rooms are elegant, the service is courteous, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming — exactly what a traveler hopes for near the airport. That said, I was quite frustrated by the lack of flexibility around accessing amenities, particularly the business center. As someone traveling across time zones, I needed a quiet space to work outside of typical office hours, but the staff were unable to open the business center or find a workable solution. For an airport or transit hotel that caters to international travelers, this kind of flexibility is essential. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential — but I hope the management reconsiders the accessibility of amenities to better serve guests who are on different schedules.
