Positive: Spacious, friendly, pictures are like reality.

Negative: Noise from construction site. Big construction. Mini mart usually not manded, quite overpriced compared to other options. No cleaning included even for 9 nights stay - when asked do cleaning service, tried to sell at 2500 THB! (80USD) and in description it was noted at 1500 THB. Too guests are being treated like prey even though high price has already been paid.
