Positive: Close to main sites

Negative: Basic , showers not working, not welcoming. Staff were tired and not bothered. Poor communication. towels, and no soap, not enough pillows . No hot water .

Summary: Requires a lot of improvements, did not respond to issues, poor decor in rooms and disappointing service .
