Offering superb views and vistas of mountain and ocean, this much -loved home filled with treasures and memories, has been in the family since 1918. Well-appointed and comfortable both inside and out, it calls for relaxation, contemplation and entertaining (if one is in the mood for sharing and being hospitable!)
It boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a fifth outside shower for after swimming. There are two reception rooms, office, kitchen and pantry, patio and hot tub.
The full solar system leaves you free of loadshedding concerns.
Wifi is good and the property is fully secure with electric fence all around..
Rental includes housekeeping twice a week for cleaning, washing, ironing and garden care.
Swimming is fantastic… the Indian is warmer than the Atlantic (supposedly) and the famed Great White Sharks have been noticeably absent. And there are shark nets.
There is access to the beach under a private railway subway. Trains pass very intermittently at the edge of the garden.
