Rastoni Retreat 2 is a lovely 2-bedroom corner house in a well-cared complex of houses, with a large garden around it and access to a shared pool. It is located between the villages of Afytos and Nea Fokaia, 5 minutes by car and has only been recently renovated and redecorated.

About the House
Rastoni Retreat 2 is a 2-bedroom corner house: on the ground floor guests can find the open plan kitchen and living room with direct access to the front patio.
The living room features a flat-screen TV and the kitchen is fully equipped, keeping always in mind families travelling with children.
There is also a small WC on this floor.
The upper floor features the 2 bedrooms of the house, as well as a full bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine.
Master bedroom has a double bed, its own small balcony and A/C unit.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and A/C unit as well.
Useful Information
Please note that the swimming pool is shared among residents of the complex and is not heated. It is, however, open from early spring season until late autumn. Guests enjoy free parking inside the complex as well.
Within the boundaries of the complex children are more than welcome to run around and play on their own. We only recommend parents to keep an eye on younger ones, especially next to the pool.
Rastoni Retreat 2 is located is a complex of beautiful houses, next to Aristoteles Beach Hotel - crossing the bridge over the old road you reach the beach. You can either use the organized part of the hotel, or bring your own equipment.
During high season (July and August) there is also an elevator to go up and down the bridge.

Afytos is ideally located at the middle of Kassandra peninsula with easy access to many other villages, locations and lots of beaches around.
Afytos though is the most picturesque traditional village in Halkidiki and has a unique buildings’ architecture, as well as a small picturesque central square. Visitors may enjoy a couple of beaches with turquoise water, the folklore museum, and large supermarkets. There are also upper restaurants with fresh seafood, as well as a variety of shops and a wine bar.
