Garage parking is available. Guests may also park directly in front of the property's garage doors; however, vehicles must not block the entrance to the shared driveway at any time. Street parking is also available.

Shared Driveway & Parking: This property forms part of a duplex, with a permanent resident in the adjoining home. The driveway is shared, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate and ensure access to the neighbouring property is kept clear at all times. Garage parking is available for guest use.
Pet Policy: A maximum of one small to medium-sized dog is permitted with approval. Dogs must not be left unattended or alone at the property at any time. Guests are responsible for supervising their dog and cleaning up after their pet throughout the stay. No pet beds or bowls are provided.
Payment Terms:
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions.
Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking - a payment request will be issued upon booking any stay over 14 days.
Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.
Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
