Summary: I had a great experience staying at CrownePlaza Noida. The staff were very courteous and helpful. A special note of thanks to the Guest Relations Manager, Yashodhara who went out of her way to help me get an essential item that I had forgotten to carry. It is actions like these, which make our stays special. Keep up the good work.
