Positive: Location is perfect. Troutist places in medikeri is with in 2 -3 km range from the property. It's near to bus stop. Transport is easily accessible. Property is clean

Negative: Less maintained. Fan regulators are not working, so it's bit difficult in cold temperature. Less ventilation, moisture trapped inside the rooms.
