Welcome to Bruns Pavilion.
This beautiful, tranquil, fully equipped beach house is perfect for families & located within an 8-minute walk to the beautiful Brunswick river & beaches, fabulous restaurants and cafes.
The rooms are light, and the space is cradled by lush tropical gardens & provide a flowing & private atmosphere.
The outdoor areas are designed to be used for entertaining & extending the feeling of a relaxing beach house feel - family, friendship, laughter & of course food.
The look and feel is simply a beautiful beach house (think open air rooms - pavilions - gardens) although we don't have any grassy lawns.
With four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with bathtubs), well equipped kitchen, open living areas, ceiling fans throughout, WiFi & Netflix avbl, this truly is a great place for families or a larger group of friends.
The home is spacious, with a natural flow between the living spaces, perfect for entertaining or for extended family & friends to relax & unwind.
The outdoor veranda's are perfect for entertaining & portray the feeling of a lazy afternoon - pockets of your own private quiet space to retreat with a book or glass of that favourite beverage.
The indoor dining area opens up with bifold doors which can be opened up to extend the indoor area outside & essentially provide a large entertaining area. Complete with BBQ just picture long outdoor family lunches or fun BBQ evenings.
The front of the home houses the 2 bedrooms (Queen beds) with shower & bathtub, kitchen and dining, lounge - perfect for families where the parents would like their own space. (for a while anyway)
The back of the home houses 1 bedroom divided by a large 3/4 to the ceiling wardrobe seperating the two spaces (2 single beds with 2 trundles one side and 1 Queen bed the other side) with a large bathroom with shower and large bathtub. Perfect for a family or the children in one open space.
Between the two-house pavilions is the courtyard with a firepit. It forms the space between to two dwellings and can be used as an additional relaxing area. Both areas have a flat screen smart TV.
This home is set in a fantastic location and is a gorgeous home-away-from-home. A wonderful choice for a group of friends (who want to stay together but also want their own space) or for a family or two looking for a relaxing, luxury retreat within 8-min walk to a beautiful beach and amazing coffee and restaurants to choose from.
