Positive: It didn't start on a great note. BluO folks proposed a separate property but Nishi went out of the way to give us a room at the same property. It was an awesome location and nice/quiet place. We were greeted on arrival, had multiple payment options. The property was clean and superb.

Negative: Nothing as such.
