Positive: Very good location, and excellent staff especially Aswathy - front desk manager - who went out of her way to help. Also 2 support staff to Aswathy who were very helpful. however thé resort is very short staffed with just 3 personnel across many cottages; plus there is no night duty staff where water tank gets empty and you have no water in flush or taps. Plus toilets were clogged with toilet paper blockage from previous guests with cheap toilet flushes without adequate force. No repair personnel. And we had to use toilets in some other cottage which was mighty cumbersome.

Negative: Though reserved on booking app with credit card as guaranty, received an email with a link that asked us to pay before we arrived while booking app discourages users to click on links and pay. So we contacted hotel and they said booking is confirmed and we can travel. Once we reached, staff had no information about booking. We had to wait nearly 2 hours because booking desk is in another city, thé resort is somewhere else - they could not get confirmation. We lost valuable time. Plus only 3 staff - they are excellent - however are stretched thin.
