Spacious 3-level 8-bedroom Penthouse with private rooftop, ideal for families, groups of friends or business travellers in Santo Domingo. It sleeps up to 16 guests and is rented only to one group. A private elevator connects the gated two-car parking area directly to the Penthouse on the 6th floor (max. 2 people per ride).
Inside there is a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with filtered water and fridge with ice dispenser, plus laundry room with washer and dryer. The 8 bedrooms are spread over the first and second levels, with a mix of ensuite and shared bathrooms. All rooms have comfortable beds and individual air conditioning.
