All guests are required to carry a valid photo identity with address proof to present at check-in or when otherwise visiting the hotel premises. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Indian Driver's License, Indian Voter ID card or Aadhar card. Original ID is a must to check in and copy of the ID is not allowed to check in.
Camp Della rooms are situated on a hill. Access to the tents is through stairs. Personal vehicles will not be permitted within the premises. Internal transport will be provided up to the nearest pick up and drop off point.
Drivers are not allowed to sleep in the car in the parking lot and drivers' accommodation is available for an additional cost of INR 2,000 + Taxes per night include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the designated venue. Driver accommodation would be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Early check-in and late check out would be subject to availability and incur additional cost.
Extra bed is a mattress and is subject to availability.
Pet(s) are allowed in guest rooms and public areas except hotel lobbies, restaurants, banquet spaces, pool area and health club. Pet(s) must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest. Pet(s) must be kept on a leash when in the resort or on the resort property unless it is in the guest room. Pet(s) must not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s) on the resort property and in the neighbourhood.
Security deposit of INR 5,000/- per room per night would be collected for incidentals during the stay up on check-in.

Visitor: Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms post 19.00 hrs. Post 19.00 hrs extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID.
