Although our apartment is not on the posh main road but in the adjacent B class residential locality but that's how we are able to offer you this accommodation facility at such an economical price. The real estate price of this particular locality is lower than the rest on the main road and we are extending this benefit to our guests. As a traveler its a very good deal for you to stay at a prime location and save money at the same time by choosing this property in a lane not on the main road but very close to it. There are several hospitals nearby like Indo American Cancer Hospital, Rainbow Childrens Hospital, Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Care Hospitals, Apollo Hospitals, KIMS, City Centre Mall, GVK Mall, Hyderabad Central and many more such landmark buildings are around. There are so many Dental Clinics around in a walking distance. Rest of the market is also very close by for your daily purchases including grocery and vegetables. Since the building is newly constructed the apartment is spic and span. All amenities including furniture, beds, cutlery, crockery and Air Conditioner are new. We have received a lot of appreciations from those who have stayed here in the last few days.
Its a two bedroom apartment with master bedroom having an A/c and the second bedroom has an Air Cooler. Living room has a smart single sofa with a brand new flat LCD screen Television and a Tata Sky Connection. Bathroom is fitted with Geyser . One attached bathroom and Toilet is western type whereas the other one is Indian type.
There is plenty of water, light and fresh air. Kitchen is also well equipped with all the basic necessities of cooking like Induction top, Refrigerator, Oven Etc.
Its a 5 floor building with a Lift and its Wheelchair Friendly. There are two apartments on each floor and we have occupied 2 floors and 4 apartments for our accommodation facility.
Public transport like Auto / Tuk tuk / Cab / Bus is easily available from here. There are many Veg and Non Veg Restaurants around to choose from. Clothes washing service is available.
The watchman who lives in the building washes clothes, dries Press it for you for a small fee which is not included in this accommodation pricing. However we provide you Iron if you wish to do it yourself.
