The Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal. A tough marble monument to the love and sorrow of a wife’s passing. Taken a few years back on my first SLR.
The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum when quotation to the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to home the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
