Auto rickshaws, also known as tuk tuks, are common vehicles in India and several other countries.
An auto rickshaw (in India), or rickshaw (in Pakistan) also known as a Bajay or Bajaj (in Jakarta, Indonesia), three-wheeler, samosa, tempo, tuk-tuk, trishaw, autorick, bajaji (in Madagascar and Tanzania), keke Napep or Maruwa (in Nigeria), rick, tricycle, mototaxi, baby taxi, lapa or tukxi (Piaggio Ape Calessino).
Tuctuc Ltd was an auto rickshaw operator in Brighton, England. The name tuctuc and web address tuctuc.co.uk are now used by Carbonyte UK Ltd, which sells TVS tuctucs and manufactures the Carbonyte Pod, a van version of the tuctuc.
